Like you said, the permits are nuts. They went through a lot for the septic and water too... I love the property... I want to live where it's open also... Party at Posi's house!!! Posi12Bolt Posted February 22, 2010 Author Report Share Posted February 22, 2010 Havent posted any updates in awhile... been in it for a few months now... and we LOVE IT! 5 ton A/C unit & Septic piping out to the leach field... $14,580 shit box in this photo yard was tore up pretty good! the kitchen; oh, and the 55" was too small for the room... so a new 73" was in order! watched Avatar with the kids the other day, not a bad movie... gotta get my surround sound all dialed in now!
