70chevy03ss
So over the past few weeks I have been doing a lot of shopping for the SSS. Still not done but here are a few updates on what I did. First at about 96k I changed plugs to the Ac Delco plugs the same that came in the truck and changed the wires to the 10.4mm Taylor 409's WOW what a difference. Next was I bought a Scan gauge for the truck and put that in but sine the install I have sold it. I need the money for other things. Not to worry i will get another one. Next and the most expensive thing was tires. I looked around and asked all kinds of question (thanks to all that responded) and I settled on a set of 305 50 20 Copper HT PLUS. These things are huge. Awesome. So enjoy the pics. Next to come is get my hood and tail gate back from the painter, install the headers but have them coated first, redo the exhaust still need to find the right muffler and deff new shocks, again can't decided .. scooter3
Looks good. Do the plug wires really make that much of difference? Had thought about replacing mine.
70chevy03ss
Cant say a deff yes but the start up is better. and since the plugs and wires almost had a 100K they were not that bad. Bluestreak04
Do you have a pic of how wide the tires look on the rims? Looks good! I've also been wanting to get those Taylor wires and the blue ones would be perfect!! Bluestreak04
Those are some wide tires. Do you have any rubbing issues with the added width on the tires?

1 Fast SS
Looks good man. I'm going to be due for some new shoes soon myself, if I can stay away from the track. I'm going to get some 305's also. It makes the truck stocky. I'm sure I'll get better traction too, having more meat to grab.
