how come u chose a 4'' over a 3''???

I don't want my exhaust to ever be a restriction. My goal is 500 rwhp eventualy on this setup and I think 3" would be a little bit of a restriction in that range. I know it can be done, but I think 3" would hold you back just a bit.... It is overkill for 5lbs no doubt.

On a side note, I tidied up the engine bay wiring some this morn, It's no Grippy bay, but it looks pretty factory and that's the point for me. Got my boost and FP gauges back up and running... time to go play a little :D

Started the blower instal about 7pm, took a nap between 4am to 7am, finished up about 1pm today. I'm a tired, but happy man!

This is just the "get it running" setup. Hoping to see 5-6 lbs, saw 4lbs at part throttle on the trip around the block. Right now I got my tunner to put most of my TM back in to try and save the 65, so that sucks, but it does feel like it pulls pretty hard even at a FAT 10.8 AFR. Gonna do a 4L80 swap and then I've got a 3.1" and a 3.0" pulley on hand for 8-10 lbs hopefully. Think I've got a vac leak as well, you'll see after I rev, it stays at 1800rpm for a couple seconds before going to idle. Whew... one step at a time.

Thats sweet, congrats. How did you do the overhead gauge and A/F gauge install. I dont think I want to do the pillar mount on mines.

Thanks guys, just a work in progress... and that's exactly why I did it this way, I don't think the pillar mounts look bad, just they advertise a little too much. I can be a littel discreet if I want to. :)
