misterp Posted November 6, 2009 Report Share Posted November 6, 2009 (edited) They should be the same, if there is a difference it might be with the alternator hookup; but I doubt that, if so just preserve the truck's alternator. 04CHASE Posted November 6, 2009 Report Share Posted November 6, 2009 it may be a little different. the escalade likely came with a hydroboost brake setup , so the silverado wouldnt have the connector for the vacuum pump on the brake booster. it also may not have the sensor on the bottom of the master cylinder . JKmotorsports Posted November 7, 2009 Report Share Posted November 7, 2009 (edited) It should be a straight up swap. The 6.0 LQ9 I swapped into my 01 Tahoe came out of a 05 Escalade. I used my stock harness and just swapped over all the accessories. Good luck.
