sleepingcrna
I've searched the previous posts and need some help as i don't think my situation was covered recently. I need an instrument cluster for an 05 SSS. There is no extended warranty on the vehicle. It has 85,000 miles so for that reason, as well as the fact that 05 is not covered in the GM recall, i need to come up with a solution. Whether i replace it with an aftermarket, repair this one or anything else, i need to get this taken care of. I really don't want to shell out the $550 plus that the dealership wants to replace it. I'd appreciate any input or ideas for this situation.

zachm89
i bought a rebuilt one from the guy on ebay, pretty easy to deal with and havent had any problems out of my new cluster. MUCH cheaper than going through GM.
