If there isn't any I would say you have a electrical problem of some sort. It is funny that both seat heaters and power seats stopped operating. I would let them scan it first. I have 2005 Silverado SS and neither of my heated seats work either. When you tap the switch the lights come on for a moment and then shut off. It doesn’t matter is it’s the passages side or the drivers side. I think that there is a short somewhere. where would you start to look?
