yamahasouth Posted January 7, 2010 Report Share Posted January 7, 2010 2004 ss silverado 32000 miles replaced battery drove in snow for the 1st time go to start and reduced engine power comes on and truck will not go,unhooked battery and let set for 5 mins and restarted ran fine but keeps running after shutting off and removing key then service brake lights come on ANY SUGGESTIONS!!!!!! Chevcup47 Posted January 7, 2010 Report Share Posted January 7, 2010 My 2003 silverado did that and i had to take it to the dealer and they replaced something to do with the gas pedal sensor shouldnt cost anything to have it done it was a defect in the part they only replace them if it goes bad so no recall was done .............
