Under normal driving conditions they do not rub,the offset and fender gap were are calculated out to allow it to get as low as possible with out consequence. Shipping anywhere in the continental US is not a problem. I have dealt with shipping cars before,it's reaally not a big deal. I have a few questions about the truck. is the truck lowered? what size tires are on the truck and do they rub when you turn? also how hard would it be to get the truck shipped to oklahoma?
