superchevything
Is there a way to stop my lights from flashing when i turn on my truck with the auto start with my viper alarm???
haul@ss
I've tried asking if it was a wiring thing and if it could be bypasse and i was toldit depends on the bypass module/interface thats installed because it comes preconfigured or something. I'm no expert but when I got my Zenesis system put in, they installed a DataLink module and my lights didnt flash at all. The one they installed for my compustar flashes now, and i think its a Fortin module.. Sorry I cant be of more help.
kckid1695
The alarm can be set for pulsed/ constant/ or off for the parking lights.

SSplaytoy
How would i do that??? There is probably a series of buttons to push to do it or if you can find someone who has software for Viper systems on a laptop, the can configure your settings for you. I had it done for my Clifford.

FireRescueSS
Or just take it back to where you had it installed and have them reprogram it.

zachm89
which viper alarm is it? i had the 5901 installed on my truck a couple of months ago and from what i can tell any changes that you want to make like SSplaytoy said there is a series of buttons either on the remote or on the antenna that you have to press. look up the manual and see if its in there somwhere
