SSplaytoy
Weird? I wonder if Chevy has an unlock for it where you have to put in a series of numbers Try disconnecting the battery waiting 10 mins and reconnecting it and see if it still does it

8 UR HMI
hate to say but the 6 disc changers really do suck. if u disconnect everything and plug it back in and it doesnt work, ur gonna have to get another 6 disc or upgrade. theres no code to unlock it. my batt has been taken out probably 25 times with my 6 disc and nothing. since the radio is ignition based and the 12v constant only gives power and doesnt know when to turn the radio on just like an aftermarket amp. good luck man!! JF-03-SS
There are 2 fuses under the hood, 1 for the radio, and 1 for the amp. Pull each one and re-install them (unless they are blown of course). This trick worked for me when my radio was acting up.
Cramer
Mine did that the other day and I got fed up with it and punched it. It worked and the two lights that were out on the bottom came back on. I still want to get a new one.
