Big Tim Posted February 14, 2010 Report Share Posted February 14, 2010 So, I just picked up a '75 jimmy 4x4, little bit of rust, possible bad motor for a project. It is a full removable top model, with a 350 and automatic. it was somebody's hunting rig, now it is going under the knife. I had it home for about 15 minutes when I started pulling it apart. The front clip is fairly rusty, and I got a deal for a rust-free front clip off a 90 suburban. My dad also picked up a project, a 78(ish) blazer 4x4. it runs, but needs a little work. I am planning to build mine up, do the body work on my own, and lift it.We just wanted something to take to off road parks and grandma's farm and such. These ought to do nicely.
