Sailor Jerry
Hey everyone! Just trying to do some research on the Chevy SSS - Looking to see the advantages for dual exhaust. Is there any MPG gains or does it just make the truck louder in general?
bruiser04
Hey everyone! Just trying to do some research on the Chevy SSS - Looking to see the advantages for dual exhaust. Hankg42
A lot of it depends on the brand of muffler selected. I have 2 Cherry Bomb Turbo mufflers replacing the stock single muffler, and while not exceedingly loud, it sounds great. As a comparison, old style glass packs would be a lot louder. At www.CherryBomb.com, they have sound clips to listen to, but nothing beats in person. Many people here like Magnaflow, Corsa, etc. as far as other brands. Not sure if it ups the power by much, but every little bit helps.
