bigreds10 Posted April 13, 2010 Report Share Posted April 13, 2010 okay when i come from a dead stop to accelerate theres a clunk in the front end on my vmax. but only when i start accelerating or reversing. i know my pitman arm, idler arm, and tie rods are bad. i just dont know what the clunk is. any thoughts are gladly appreciated Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
70chevy03ss Posted April 14, 2010 Report Share Posted April 14, 2010 Get under your truck and grab the torshen bars. My bushings are junk. I still need idler and pitman arm but so far I have replaced front diff tie rods sway arm links wheel bearings all this trying to find the clunk. Then I hit the bars and I heard the clunk!!!!
