firehawknwv
Well I got my Doug Thorley LTs installed today and I must say Im pretty happy with their fitment and quality overall. Right now my setup after the headers are no cats with stock piping all they way back to a Magnaflow muffler with the dual tip coming out behind the cab. It sounds pretty aggresive as it is right now. I hope to finish the exahsut this week. Im gonna run 2.5in all the way back. Im gonna have the piping off the headers run into a 2.5 x-pipe into dual 2.5 magnaflow round mufflers that I got off another member on here. After that Im not sure if i wanna dump it or still take it out where it is. I also think the performance gain is pretty decent from them as well. Soon as I get the exhaust finished its off to install my TBSS intake and TB, 44lb injectors and my LS1 efans then get it tuned for all the mods. The truck should be running pretty good after all of that. I will try to get a few pics tomorrow and a vid of it on the road and post it up. firehawknwv
Well Ive been tod on here that dual 3" is too big unless you have more mods cuz of the lack of backpressure. I wouldnt think it would be but Ive got the 2.5in xpipe and mufflers now so I dont wanna have to rebuy the parts at this point.
