Cramer Posted November 14, 2010 Report Share Posted November 14, 2010 I have the same headers. I couldn't stand the ticking from the thin tubing combined with my cam. I decided to get some header wrap and see if that would reduce the noise. Installed the wrap tonight, and did some modifications to the close clearance spots and a totally different sound from front to rear. You can hear the cam now and not what sounded like an exhaust leak. It also reduced the interior noise that was annoying the hell out of me. Don't get me wrong.
