therealtom88 Posted September 2, 2010 Report Share Posted September 2, 2010 So i just installed McGaughy`s 2/3.5 drop kit and to my surprise it was really quite easy. i called a shop here in sek and they quoted me 600.00 just to install!! it took me and a buddy 6 hours (including 3 trips to the parts store and one trip across town for tools). i just wanted to post on here to let anyone like myself know that this is not really something to be intimidated of and although time consuming and tedious its really quite easy. I also found taht the rivits on the rear hangers are easily overcame with a skilled torch hand (i am a professional welder) making it alot easier. Oh yea have a ball joint seperator and a 36mm socket handy!!!! id post pics if i could but my house got broken into leaving me computerless i can only go online with a cell phone and it wont upload anything.
