You need a box, and a better ground on the amp, and better speaker wires. I wouldn't have put the amp on the hump, not alot of room to cool when the seats down. The amp looks grounded to the cap and then to the chassis, it should grounded directly to the truck. The speaker wires should be atleast 12 gauge. i actually do drive it with the box there it sounds nice and hits hard i never drive with the back seat down unless someones there and all wiring was free Maybe someone needs to start a 'Fail' or 'Getto' thread. But your right, it was mean...I apologize. i didn put up the pics to get criticized i put em up to show and ask for help if somebody saw something wrong i donno how you saw what i got as ghetto seeing as theres a brand new macbook pro siting right next to my subs i looked up and saw where i messed up on the wiring with the capacitor thanks for pointing that out that might be why my protect is coming on alot the guy i bought the system off of said it never went into protect on him i still dont know what you had meant by 12 gauge any good brands in mind?
