wolfpackSS Posted December 25, 2010 Report Share Posted December 25, 2010 Hey guys, Just got a new Pioneer AVH 4200 dvd for my truck because the bose 6 disc was fried. I think I have read every post on this site regarding wiring harnesses but I wanted to double check I have ordered everything I will need. This one is going in a 2003 1500 HD crew cab with bose, on star, XM. GMOS 04 wiring harness PAC SWI X ( or SWI PS?) dont know if either makes a difference? I heard these trucks were double din ready? so no mounting kit? and I have read about antenna adapters but do I need one? anything im forgetting? paulguy Posted December 25, 2010 Report Share Posted December 25, 2010 (edited) You need a mount kit like a metra 99-2003, the harness which you said gmos-04, and a antenna adapter metra part# 40-gm10.
