silverss05
First question I have is regarding a 40K cooler install. I am going to be installing a trucool max cooler myself and was wondering if when I get it installed if I have to top off the oil with the same thing in the tranny already? Meanng GM with GM or Royal purple with royal purple, etc. Next I have servos, shift kit, TBTC, and a performance rebuild kit to go in at a tranny shop. What is a fair price to have these parts installed? What have you guys paid? Thanks for the help. Jason
T-Bag
With the 47391 TCMax you'll need to add a little under a quart of minimum Dexron III rated ATF, your brand of choice sir. $85 an hour in the average going rate for labor in our area right now. Since you're going to big Dave's guy, if I read correctly your previous thread, maybe he'll cut you a break. I just went through this, called around, $85 an hour was the best I could find at a reputable shop.
