Has small mark where hitch hit it. It was pushed back out and can't really tell. Easy fix or even touch up area with alittle white paint. It has hole for fog lights. All tabs to attach it are in excellent shape. I decided not to use it. $130. plus shipping. obo . I can email pictures upon request.
