i thought so too but as long as i dont ship them then he has no recourse to get his money back as long as do local pick up and take my usp.

i told him no thanks , i just want 100 bucks cash picked up . if he still wants them to call me since my number is listed.

That's hilarious ! I got the same response from a lady on c-list when I was recently selling my front axle. I'm fairly certain they're phishing. Here's how mine went...Just need to read in reverse order. Needless to say, I haven't heard back from them.

I only accept paypal at the same address that I gave you for email.  If this works, please add 3% paypal fee and we'll go from there.   Thanks.

Hello i am only buying stuffs to re-sell,I live in florida and will

make an arrangement with moving company to pick-up for me as soon as

you have received payment and deem it fit to let go of it as i do not

want to lose the sales to other potential buyers.

Please if you are okay with my arrangement, reply back with your

mailing address or po box address so that payment can be sent as soon

as possible. My handler is my email address thanks.

I have received forged money orders before, as well as forged checks, and even forged travelers checks. I think "Dick" is trying to scam you. Document everything including as much contact information as you can, and when you get the money orders make sure they are not forged, explain to your bank that you suspect they might be and they will help you. Do not send any merchandise until the money has cleared for a week, most banks (if you are on good terms with them) will put the money in your account and then a week later subtract that money back when they find out the money orders are bogus.

Mr. P. :)

ps - with most 'legitimate' sales a phone call is exchanged; see if he will allow you to call him or vice versa; if you cannot get 'quality' contact info from the person then pass.

Big time scam. I had the same story when i was selling the stock rims off my Z28.

Dude named Mike wanted them, sent me an email like yours asking me to remove posting yada yada yada. I got the money oder a few days later, now Mike said he lived in New York, but was sending a courier, envelope from FedEx came from Florida, from someone named John and the address was for Recaro North America, last time I checked they didn't have a HQ in florida, opened the envelope and the Cashiers Check was made out in Arizona from a small branch there and was signed by Ricardo, from the University of Phoenix, idk what department. Called the bank and the check was a fraud, needless to say man if it shows up called the bank it was issued from and see what you get.

I wanted $300 and he sent me $1900 and told me to give the cash to the courier, which never showed up as I told "Mike" if someone did show they'd be looking down the barrels of my Colt 45's.... LOL
