I want dual that exit the rear. Should I go with a di/do or 2 si/so muffler and what muffler I want something loud with a deeper tone with the best performance. The_aSSet Posted March 31, 2011 Report Share Posted March 31, 2011 a small case magnaflow, or borla maybe, ive only used di/do mufflers so another guy will have to chime in for that not sure why youd lose power when shifting, even when i have my cutouts open i dont feel any loss of power while shifting, maybe talk to wheatley? hawks Posted April 5, 2011 Report Share Posted April 5, 2011 When you exit out the rear. Are you going with mandrel bent pipe or is someone bending on a machine for you. Warden Posted April 7, 2011 Report Share Posted April 7, 2011 What RPMs are you shifting at.How many miles on the motor?Maybe your valve springs are weak.I dought it has anything to do with the exhaust.Once it shifts does the power come back and then flatten out just before the shift?
