I know there has been plenty of rumors about a Rear Wheel Drive Impala or and El Camino, but this article seem to say there may be a little more validity to the rumors. GM Insider I really hope they will bring the Zeta platform to the US. The Camaro is based on that platform and so was the Pontiac G8 which was one of my favorite cars I have ever driven. I really hope the make a new El Camino, my dad says if they do he will sell his M3 for one. diggerdan11 Posted April 27, 2011 Author Report Share Posted April 27, 2011 You can see the older model on you tube .. its called a holden maloo Yes and No. The Regular Version is Called the Holden Ute and It is Availibe in a V6 or the 6.0 V8 (362hp) The Maloo is a special edition version done by HSV (Holden Special Vehicles), it has the LS3 (426hp).
