silverado777
So I found this on craigslist and I am considering picking it up. The guy said he would instal it for another $300. I'm pretty sure it will work on my truck. Any thoughts on if it is a good deal or not? http://phoenix.craigslist.org/cph/pts/2372220469.html
SSplaytoy
If everything in the blower and setup is good, he gives you the other goodies, installs it all under 3k (the right way)....then it's a pretty good deal. But you should think about a blower cam and some trans mods.
silverado777
Well the blower cam and new built tranny will come with the engine swap later down the road. I am just trying to decide between these kits. http://phoenix.craigslist.org/cph/pts/2372220469.html http://www.silveradoss.com/forums/topic/70111-kenne-bell-28h-supercharger-kit-compleat-8-rib-killer-chiller-headers/page__p__778857__fromsearch__1?do=findComment&comment=778857 I'm not sure on the Kenne bell since I have a drive by wire TB and the kit comes with a cable driven TB
SSplaytoy
For that price find a 6.0 block and build it up. Then add a f/i setup later.
zachm89
Doesnt seem like a bad price to me but I think better could be found. Especially because the brackets with that kit are the older style for the 99-03 trucks. Theres a D1 kit on PT.net that ive been eying for a couple weeks and if it isnt already sold i was considering selling my P1 kit to buy the D1. Ill let you know how it plays out. I'm still debating weather to go boosted 370 or a 408 stroker.

If you are gonna do a 408 that blower is way too small, You would need an F1
