KJT13 Posted June 19, 2011 Report Share Posted June 19, 2011 Hey guys, my front brakes have started squealing like a pig and I was wondering what you guys with Baer Alumasports have used to replace both the pads and rotors. I've been having a hard time finding part numbers for the Baer rotors but I think some guys have used other brands as well. Part numbers for rotors and pads would be greatly appreciated!!! That said, I want to try a different brand of front pads myself. The Baer pads squeal on my truck as well. I'll also post the replacement I plan to try. Hankg42 Posted June 22, 2011 Report Share Posted June 22, 2011 Rotors and pads. Next time, I will do pads before they are too far gone. I do not want to have to replace these rotors again. I really think if I have to do that, I'll find a different brand. One of the front ones warped. The rears rusted really bad when they shouldn't have. 2006SilverSS Posted June 22, 2011 Report Share Posted June 22, 2011 I'm running Hawk pads with my Alumasport setup and they squeal really flippin bad. It's by far the one thing I really hate about the setup, since day one they have squealed (Baer and Hawk pads).
