Cramer
I have never seen a cam with those specs. Is it a custom grind? Are you sure its not a 218/220 .525-.532 on a 112lsa?

Cramer
Imo this cam was speced for nitrous or a L92 setup. 12* of separation and a low lift is a weird combo other than the 2 setups I mentioned.

How u think it will run on its own? Ill look into nitrous later..
sprayed99
How u think it will run on its own? Ill look into nitrous later.. There are much better solutions out there than this. Questions: Goals for the truck? Does it currently have a higher stall converter in it? or do you have plans for one? What other "Bolt ons" do you currently have? what platform truck? single cab, ext cab, crew cab? tire size? rearend gear ratio? Do you tow at all? if so what weight? If this is true your options are more limited. Now if you don't mind having a larger converter you can go a bit more wild on the cam and pick a bit more. The stage 2 EPS truck cam would perform nicely with a 2800 - 3000 stall. http://www.engpwrsys.com/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=5 other options if you want to stay with a tighter converter that would perform well in your platform. http://www.lunatipower.com/Product.aspx?id=2023&gid=288 or http://www.lunatipower.com/Product.aspx?id=2024&gid=288 Comp also makes a few high lift and low lift options depending on your overall budget for valve springs and other supporting parts. With the cam listed in your first post I would walk away from that deal if you don't want to install a larger converter. Besides why waste the money and time if you plan on keeping the stock converter???

sprayed99
How much daily drivability will a stall take away? Depends on what your definition is for DD..... I have always had a converter in all my trucks. you can go with a 2800 and drriving around town your mileage will suffer but no anymore than what your right foot will cause from the new found power. 2bfast
Mpg went down the drain? You need to research the purpose of installing a cam and how it effects performance before you talk about installing one. Sounds like for what ur wanting out of ur truck a cam isnt the avenue you need to take.
