devynpalfy Posted September 1, 2011 Report Share Posted September 1, 2011 My transmission is making a squeak when when it shifts when I get on it. Why is it doing this? Mine is a 2006 RWD SS with 60k miles. It is still under warranty. But when I take it in I don't want the same stock part that is making the noise to do it again. devynpalfy Posted September 2, 2011 Author Report Share Posted September 2, 2011 Well I don't know for sure that it is the tranny but it sounds alot like my clutch on my mazda 3 when i shift when I get on it as well and I know the mazdas clutch is making that noise. If its the belt why does it only doing it when it shifts? I will try the gatorback and post the out come. Thank y'all for the help that's awesome!
