2005SuperSport
We have a 1949 ford truck that my grandpa drove in highschool. Its in almost perfect cosmetic shape. It has a 413 mercury and a 4 spd push button trans. We were looking at doing an LS swap into it when business gets slow in the winter. I was wondering if anyone had ever heard of anything like it being done. Thanks for the input and if this topic isn't welcome feel free to delete/move. desrtrat
i say keep the 413 and go thru it, and change out the trans for a AOD, and a 50's paint job and wheels..JMO good luck
Guest Jason*
Matt* puts a 6.0 LSX in all of his restorations, so yeah it's been done a lot, he's already got one for the 57 Bel Air and his friend Aaron has one in his ol' Firebird too

We would probably have to go with a built ls1. We have ls1 parts everywhere from that TA.
