diggerdan11
Everyone says it will come off so easy. That pretty much if the wind blows it will tear off. Trust me It wasn't easy trying to get it off. Brake cleaner, purple power, simple green, rubbing alcohol, none of those made it any easier to rub off. Thats my train of thought with this stuff...how easy is it to take off? Anyone have any first hand knowledge? I had to remove plasti dip from the plastic on the dome light on my truck because i messed it up. I did not seem to have to much problem peeling it up. I used some 3M adhesive remover and it helped peel it up. Sometime if your able to get a starting point and you do it slowly you can you can peel it off in one large chunk. Let us know how well the plasti dip hold up on your rims. I have been thinking about doing this but I am a little afraid to because I dont want to have to touch it up every few weeks, or pell it off and removed it all the time So far my only experience with the plasti dip has been with interior parts

ThatTallCanadian
It also comes in larger cans that you can literally dip items such as handles of hand tools and what not. Nothing applicable for our uses though. Edited December 6, 2011 by ThatTallCanadian (see edit history)
