Michiganvmax Posted January 25, 2012 Report Share Posted January 25, 2012 I have a neighbor with an 03 escalade engine in his 99 jeep tj. It has worked great for years but he's ready for more power. He has purchased a complete pair of L92 heads (fully dressed). He has also purchased an intake off an 08 L76 vmax pickup. The engine has 80k on it and so I've recommended he get a new timing chain and gears for the swap. I don't want to miss anything in the conversion, so are the valve covers the same as the lq9? He's gonna need rocker arms and the pedestals they ride on and pushrods, am I forgetting anything?
