2001silverado364 Posted April 21, 2012 Report Share Posted April 21, 2012 You want to put a 3157, instead of a 3157na in the socket? It'll work, but it'll be illegal, but what isn't. Just get some amber led 3157 for the socket, it'll be clear when off and amber when on? Of course, with leds you will have to put a resistor in parallel for it to flash properly.
