porksoda
Looking at getting a stall for my 03 SSS. I'm really clueless as to what stall speed to get though, all I really can confirm is I will probably get a Circle D based off of price and I cant justify an expensive one for someone who doesn't hit the track that often. I know I will need a tune and trannyI cooler also but texas speed is an hour and a half away so that works fine for me. Anyway here is a mod list I copied and pasted. Let me know what you think. Mods:Walbro 255LPH , Comp Cams 218/224 562/567-114, ZO6 yellow springs, 7.4 hardened push rods, zippytune,160 tstat, Pacesetter LT's, 3" Spintech true dual exhaust,Transgo HD-2 Shift kit, corvette servo, 05 efans, 145amp alternator

BLOWN SS/T
I have a circle d 3000/3200 converter sitting in the garage, I think I might go bigger.
T-Bag
http://www.silverado...at-stall-speed/ I went 3K, very happy with it with my blower. I'd call Chris at Circle D or Zippy and discuss what he thinks is best based on your cam. Krambo
A true 3200 stall converter will really make that truck jump. I wouldn't be suprised to see a full half second improvement on the 1/4 mile.
