Seat motor relay?

When I bought my truck the rear section motor on the drivers side was stuck all the way down. I could hear the relay clicking when pressing the button. Today I switched the wiring to from the front motor to the rear motor and it works fine. So it has to be the relay.

 

Is the relay in that flat box under the seat? Is it easily serviceable or is it a soldered in unit? I'm pretty sure the relay is under there as that makes sense for power distribution and I can hear it pretty clearly.
