Downeast Johnny
OK good to Know. I'm already tuned, but I wasnt sure because I have an engine driven fan You need to check whether or not your current tune was programed for the 160* therm. If not you are likely to lose ground, adding the 160*, In MPG, and performance.
chawkins6789
If I tuned what are the benefits of one will I run cooler or still between 190-210. Its been 110 degrees lately Sent from my PIECE OF CRAP DROID X2 using Xparent Red Tapatalk
Downeast Johnny
My temps dropped from 205 to around 175 - 180 (According to the trucks OEM gauge.) With lower operating temp. your tuner can advance timing for more power. There may be other benefits that I am not hip to. If you know your tuner give them a call. I got my tune from Zippy and am well pleased. Good luck.
chawkins6789
No calling for me. Mine is through Black Bear. I have a tablet that shows my engine vitals while I drive. It was saying 206 Sent from my Xoom using Xparent Red Tapatalk

chawkins6789
I dont mount. The adapter is small and I have a Motorola XOOM in a leather case. The Charger for it and my phone plugged in, I have a full console, and I slide it up so its wedged between the console and plugs. I have it plugged in but the plug is positioned perfectly in the center slot Sent from my PIECE OF CRAP DROID X2 using Xparent Red Tapatalk 2 Edited August 16, 2012 by chawkins6789 (see edit history)
