Performance parts help your engine not work as hard. Now that only goes if you dont hot rod it around. Slap some performance parts on her and drive her easy and she'll last longer... idahoBLKss Posted September 6, 2012 Report Share Posted September 6, 2012 I just hit the 100k mark and i got a stock motor besides cam kit and its been boosted since 60k miles or so.the truck is also getting ready for another round of heavy mods . I wouldnt worrie about your motor mod away im running 17psi right now and getting ready to throw more at it for the last track day around here to see if i can get 10s.
