johnsen
have'nt heard of any excange programs yet for the wheels, i know what you mean about needing chrome wheels, especialy on my red one. i don't trust getting them chromed, especialy the center caps, so i'm waiting, like you, to find some chrome ones somewhere out there. as for the cold air intake and exhaust, i,m planning on getting the volant cold air kit with the optional ram air scoop that i'm going to modify and use behind the factory scoop in the bumper. my plan for exhaust is to try to buy another tip for the drivers side and run some pipe to it over there along with replacing the muffler with a flowmaster. i know that flowmasters don't flow like a borla, but i love the sound and would never put anything else on any of my vehicles. N2TRUX
Johnsen, If you haven't done so already, you may want to do some research on the Volant intake. I know it is one of the best looking systems on the market, but it's performance numbers don't do as well. I know it's not an apples to apples comparison, but the Volant system for the Ford supercharged 5.4's doesn't flow that well. I had planned to order on myself, until I did more research. The results weren't very impressive...

N2TRUX
I'm not sure what's best on GM trucks. I may even be wrong about the Volant for GM trucks. My advice comes from my research on what flows best for my 02 Harley F-150. Ford actually did a good job of designing the stock airbox, and a K&N flat panel filter with a modified stock box flows almost as well as a cone filter. The Volant was rather restrictive. Since I am considering buying an SS, I will have to see what will work best. You might want to ask the guys at http://www.pacific-audio.com/performance/d...discussion.html. That seems to be the most performance oriented GM site around.
