Carl Eagle Posted October 19, 2012 Report Posted October 19, 2012 I sold this truck last year as many of you know. I was told he let his girlfriend drive it and dont know how it happened. But she skidded it down the blacktop for a little way on its side and then back on its wheels and over and embankment. She is ok but the truck is a mess. The police said the estimated speed was 38mph... Quote
JF-03-SS Posted October 19, 2012 Report Posted October 19, 2012 That's a bummer to see. Atleast she was ok. Quote

ThatTallCanadian Posted October 20, 2012 Report Posted October 20, 2012 Leave it to a woman to do something like that.. Quote
Downeast Johnny Posted October 20, 2012 Report Posted October 20, 2012 Wow! 38 MPH, huh? Not saying it couldn't happen at that speed, just makes me curious as to the chain of events. Gonna take it home again, Carl? Quote
Bad Bowtie Posted October 20, 2012 Report Posted October 20, 2012 (edited) I mean, WTH, was there an Evil Knievel auto "jump-ramp" set up on the right shoulder? Let me see she hit it right at 38 MPH and came up on the 2 left tires, then rolled it on over... And down the embankment??!! Edited October 20, 2012 by Bad Bowtie (see edit history) Quote
Carl Eagle Posted October 20, 2012 Author Report Posted October 20, 2012 I thought the same thing but that what they told me. lol. Damage is pretty extensive for that speed, and he plans to fix it back. Quote

About 5 minutes later I realized my truck was gone then i was mad. Needless to say she doesn't drive the ss. But it always hurts to see your truck destroyed. Quote
