Akslowroller
So I recently ordered and received some led plate lights. When I went to replace them it wasn't like my regular 1500. There is a small hole that a toddler couldn't fit their hand through to get to the bulb. Any advice on best approach to replace bulbs would be appreciated. SSBlue24
Try from the outside where you can see the lights and carefully use a small flat head screwdriver and snap it out from the bumper and it should snap back in when finish installing the LEDs That's how I did mine last week for the same reason on the LEDs swap. Akslowroller
Cool I will try that but now I have to let me truck sit in my shop for a while because its around 5 deg. Out today. But it needs to get done.
1BAD2K
Yeah I did mine like Alex said, except I just used my thumb on the side with the clear lense and gently put pressure to realise the catch and lifted to remove the housing. Much easier than doing it from under the truck.
Akslowroller
Yeah I looked at it some more today and I can't imagine the poor soul that has tried it the other way. After the first attempt and seeing how small that hole was I was like ummmm I know that is not how you change that. I knew you guys would have answers so thanks.
