Joshpxj
Hi guys. I have come to you guys for help. A very good friend of mine passed away sunday. He is the owner of a clean black 03 SS. Before he passed away he asked me if i would sell his SS for him to support his wife in this difficult time. He searched for it for a long time before he bought it. He just put brand new chrome SS 22'S on it, cowl hood, and windshield. He had it all checked out by the local chevy dealer here and i know they did brakes and a few other things, he fixed anything it needed. The bumper cover and right rear quarter were painted at a pro bodyshop, they had light scratching. The interior is in great shape, drivers seat has normal wear, all other seats are perfect. Has kenwood in dash nav. Wired for amp/sub. Tint. Everything else is stock that i know of. It has very minor hail spots on roof. 6.0 v8 Auto Awd 67k I apologize if i havs this in the wrong section. I just figured i would come to you guys first since you would appreciate the truck. Please feel free to contact me anytime and i can tell you what i know about it. From what i can tell in its condition it should be worth about 17k. I am entertaining all offers. I have title in hand. Many more pics. However, i am not currently financially available to give his wife what the truck is worth. I just bought a new car myself.I WILL not lowball her on the truck just so i can have it for myself. She needs all the help she can get right now and i am going to do that for her. Its a labor of love at this point. Thanks guys. Fyi. I have it at my body shop being professionally polished right now so its perfect for its new owner.
Harbor_SS'n-it
Sorry for your loss Josh. You are doing a good deed and I wish you the best of luck with this sale!
Marzyn
If you could afford it, you could pay her what you can now and then give her monthly payments. An extra 200-300$ a month goes a long way and in some cases is better than one lump sum. I'd hold onto that truck especially now with the sentimental value. I am terribly sorry to hear about your friend, it's awesome of you to step up and help his wife in her time of need. Good on you buddy, I wish you the best of luck in the future.
