2bfast
A wire is a wire dude. When u are talking about these trucks which most are only mildly modded at best a set of wires is.t going to make that much of a difference. I bashed Taylors cuase they fell apart not cause performance. I could of used OEM wiring and been just fine.
NipRing
The Tr5ix, TR55ix, I gotta ask, what is the difference between these two plugs? I read through this thread kinda briefly and went ahead and bought the tr55ix and put them in. But now i see the tr5ix is what's recommended by NKG for my truck. The 5 is gapped at .40 and the 55 is .50. That gonna harm anything for me? Edited December 6, 2013 by NipRing (see edit history)
cb2big4u
They will both work fine. There was a TSB on the .50 gap plug that said it caused a misfire or someshit in some vehicles so they made the .40 gap the recommended now. Sent using Tapatalk. synyster_SS
I've always run OEM iridium plugs without an issue. For anyone with long tubes and wire clearance issues, OEM 6.2 L92 wires with the 90deg boot look to be another option. I'm going to try a set out in a month or so.
