FranciscoR92 Posted June 26, 2013 Report Share Posted June 26, 2013 Hey guys I just got my baby back from the shop did a 4.3 to 6.0 swap right off the bat I put a corvette servo in and that was it at 60 mph she is at 2500 rpm which is way too high when I had the v6 in at 60 she was churning 1500 rpms. I took it to the tranny guy he said the tranny is fine cause it seemed like she wasnt going into overdrive. He said it could be the gear ratio which I found out are 3.55s anyone knkw what it could be? Or is that just the way it is? Thanks ahead of time! chpspecial Posted June 29, 2013 Report Share Posted June 29, 2013 Sounds like you are seen 3rd gear followed by 3rd gear tcc lock up. When you shift the lever from od to 3rd the tcc will unlock. Giving you your simptoms. Since you just did servo install I'd say you either have an issue with the 4th gear servo, a part is missing, or you have incompatible 2/4 servo.
