Downeast Johnny
Lost a brake duct the other day. Went to GM Parts Direct, found the part and added it to shopping cart and a flag comes up on the page to contact GM Parts Direct before ordering to insure that I will be allowed to return it in case the part doesn't fit. It looks like the part I am ordering has got to be the right one but I went ahead and tried to contact them, (The contact prompt on the web site initiates and email correspondence), I wrote them an email but have not heard back. Anyone here had this experience with them or do you know another way to make contact with them? Thanks, John

Downeast Johnny
Thanks for the info. I may have looked for a response too soon. Maybe they will get back to me Monday.
demonte1997
I have a few other GM online parts suppliers that I've used recently with better success than GMPD. If you want me to give their names, LMK. GMPD wants way too much for shipping and their order processing takes a long time (as you've seen).
