ric
Anybody know someone that knows someone that has put big lip wheels on a 90s model silverado? I wanna know because Im building my truck and going with that size tire out back and need info on how to make them fit without having to do a 4 link suspension or going that route. Shouldn't be different from the newer trucks. Wheels are 20x12s. Ill make a build tread soon for this truck
MID12sSSS
I can't wait to see this. I've been dying to get a fat set of tires out back on my own ride. Keep us posted on your build and any info you acquire.
xKiNGx
I'm sure your gonna have to cut up the rear end to get them to fit go. What size lip are you going with? I think 2 1/2 inches is the most you can go without cutting up anything. I might be wrong though so maybe someone else could chime in
ric
Oh yea the rear end is getting narrowed, but then im looking that the leaf springs might be on the way. I know the tires wont clear and will rub on the leafs so I need a way to get rid of them or do some work to them. Wheels have a 7" lip
xKiNGx
I'm sure you can relocate them. But in the end it will look sick with that lip. Post pics when it's done bro
