norcalx83
Hey has anyone else have had issues with the door cladding peeling off during cold days. It feels like after i got the truck back from the body shop I've been noticing a lot of things that are "off". And to clarify it is the OEM cladding from the front passenger door that it started to come up. Not the rear passenger door which recieved new cladding and a door skin. Cramer
Mine did the same thing. But when I got the truck it looked kike the previous owner had some paint work done to the pass side and whoever installed the cladding fricken pop riveted the front corner on and filled over it, and the tape on the rear wouldn't hold. I ended up riveting it on because I plan on painting it soon and will get a new cladding. norcalx83
Glad to know I'm not the only one, for a minute i thought the shop started to remove it by mistake and the tape has not been stickin as before.

1BAD2K
The tape strip at the top of the cladding starts to dry out. Might be time to take the whole part off, clean the old tape, and add new tape. Ive seen too many from claddings that have opened up into the front fender as they were coming off. It wads the corner up and ruins the part. Those door clads are getting harder to come across.
