bonestock04ss
Just ordered a trans go HD2 kit and billet servos. Next week I m ordering a circle d 3200 converter. I already have a tru-cool 40,000 gvw cooler(not installed yet). Anything else you guys recommend?

bonestock04ss
Anybody heard of new era performance in Rochester, NY? I was thinking of getting my truck tuned there because they are local.
AugustBurnsRed19
Why 3200? We installed a 3200 and regretted it ended buying a 3600 stall from edge for 600!
Aldofashow
I daily drive my yank ss3200 with no problems circle d is also good my tuner referred the yank if not i would've probably got a circle d guys here love them haven't heard any complaints from anyone here
bonestock04ss
I don't have any major done to my truck, didn't think I would need any higher stall. The circle d is very fair priced.
GI.SS
A lot of guys don't want to use a large stall. Yes they work awesome and get he pig moving but for light mods and still having the option to tow is something most won't give up Edited January 19, 2014 by GI.SS (see edit history)
Aldofashow
Very true I was also told not to tow much more then my jetski
GI.SS
If it was a multi disc you'd still be able to tow normal loads. With my ss3600 I'll tow empty trailers just to move them or even a jetski but I watch my temps
Aldofashow
The yank ss3200 I got was 7to8 hundred the multi disc was over a 1000 bucks I don't really tow anything so i just didn't see the point in spending the extra money
bonestock04ss
Yea I don't even have a hitch on my truck. No towing for me. Could I go with a 3600 stall with little mods? Down the road I would like to put in a tsp tourqer 2 cam with supporting mods or even a magic stick
JC03SS
You can go with that size no prob. You will feel a nice little kick in the butt. Make sure you get a tune.
Fireman31
Add alluminum accumulator pistons to that parts list... A 3600 stall is a waste on a bolt on truck unless you are upgrading the cam to match it. 3000-3200 would really make a bolt on truck pop. You should look into Precision Industries, a quality piece that has a great track record with these trucks....
bonestock04ss
Yea I will def get it tuned. I wish there was someone around me that was extremely well known. I trailered my buddies ws6 to Sarver Performance in penn. where Brian from PCMforless tuned it. I could ask them when Brian will be coming back. Very nice guy!
