Just keep calling him, I know you may think your bugging him but he will even tell you himself that if he doesn't return your call its just because he is so busy and forgets. Half of the times you call he is most likely already on the phone and then when he gets off he forgets that he even got a call and doesn't look. And if you don't talk to him regular like some of us then he doesn't have your number saved so he always has a long list of random numbers that have called throughout the day and doesn't remember who is who.
