Abonisolli Posted May 14, 2014 Report Share Posted May 14, 2014 (edited) Hey guys I’m Anthony I’m picking up my new truck here in a day or so its a 1996 Silverado / 1500 with an LQ9/T-56 swap I’m looking to eventually build it up a bit the current add-ons are Long tube headers / full exhaust and a tune supposedly its at 400HP from what i can see that seems a bit high if an estimate never the less its quick also any suggestions on what to look for with issues on the LQ9 ? damn thing puurs like a kitten and runs like a top Edited May 14, 2014 by Abonisolli (see edit history) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Blown 346 Posted May 14, 2014 Report Share Posted May 14, 2014 I have never had any issue with any LQ9 motor. As long as you take care of them and do your normal maintenance they will last forever.
