However my girlfriend's 2004 Manual lists 0.040 for all V8 engines... Don't know what they would have changed from 03-04 that would warrant a 0.020" gap change, but whatever... When I pulled my plugs they were gapped at about 0.065. Replaced them with a set gapped between 0.040 - 0.045. The truck runs so much better at a smaller gap.
