phenryiv1
I have shaved the rear "Silverado" and "Chevrolet" badging from my Arrival Blue 04 Silvy, but I am debating on whether or not to remove the "Z71 Off-Road" stickers, or whether to leave them on there. I LOVE the cleaner look of the shaved @$$, and I LOVE the look of the SS sides, but my Silvy still has those ugly side moldings (and they will stay, for now), so I don't know if removing the stickers will help, or if it will just look stark down the side. I do NOT have the wheelwell moldings (by choice). A pic of the side, as-is:
peerson
I vote to remove the Z-71 Stickers. But then, I HATE stickers of any kind. One of my "Pet-Peeves". TP
chiel
Maybe if the chrome on the sidemolding was black or blue?? Remove the z71 or go offroad everyday. Put a personal sticker overthere. Just my 0.02 cents

phenryiv1
Well, it took a while to get all of the badges off of the rear this afternoon, or they would be gone already. I am 90% decided on removing them. I need to wash/wax SOON!

ChevySSandChevy8.1
they say removing that sticker hurts the resale value of the truck because thats how non truck enthusiasts know its a Z71 but I like the look of it without the stickers
AUTOGUY
they say removing that sticker hurts the resale value of the truck because thats how non truck enthusiasts know its a Z71 but I like the look of it without the stickers <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Its very easy to add them back on when the truck is sold or traded. I debadged my 2002 Sierra, and when I traded it in the dealer added all the emblems and decals back on. It didn't affect my trade in value at all. TA219
So how is everyone getting these stickers off? I have always heard that you just use a hairdryer and your fingers to peel them off. Is that right?
