85SS/85GN
I picked up a set of chrome 20" wheels yesterday and looked at them today. On the back says speedline and under the center cap is marked GM. So do I have factory wheels or aftermarket? It come with plain center caps and missing one. someotherguy
Those are almost surely OEM wheels. GM doesn't make them, outside suppliers do, as with almost all their wheels, for many decades. The GM logo is a dead giveaway. Repro wheels couldn't get away without a lawsuit over that. levilz
I wasn't positive about the SSS wheels, but I know, for sure, that Speedline was the company who made the later F-Body wheels, so I'd tend to agree that they are more than likely OEM. someotherguy
I've got a set in the garage off my truck that I could go compare to be sure but they're a little bit buried at the moment. Wasn't planning on dragging them back out until March when it's time to go in for paint; not gonna send it with the 22's on. Richard
EXGM
Makes sense then... speed line is a European wheel company. That is why my center caps say made in Italy.
